ABOUT ME

I graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Technology. I have almost 10 years of experience working full time in architectural practices. I have a particular attention for detail and a strong understanding of the stages within the design and construction phases of a project.I attain to constantly better myself through learning new technologies within the design sector of the construction industry and gaining experience through various stages of construction projects.

WHAT I'VE DONE

As part of the architectural design team I have experience within the retail, residential, commercial, educational, healthcare sector. I have experience delegating with clients and local authorities at the early stages of a schematic proposal, through to liaising with various consultants and the contractor on site up to the final handover of the constructed project .

WHAT I DO

I am currently in Melbourne working as a Senior Architectural Technologist on a large, complex retail project that is integreated with residential, commercial & hotel towers. I am a senior member of the documentation team and apart from documentation & BIM model management, my primary role is engaging with the structural engineers and co-coordinating structural schematic layouts and model information exchange .
